Mr. Ryan has been in private practice since 1995 at 18141 Dixie Highway, Suite 115, Homewood, Illinois. The firm represents approximately twenty-five (25) Condominium and Homeowners’ Association Boards of Directors. The firm also represents approximately 90 small business entitites on various matters. Mr. Ryan also engages in Estate Planning matters, including Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. The firm also represents numerous landlords in tenant related matters. The firm also engages in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions. Finally, the firm engages in Commercial and Consumer Litigation, primarily related to contract claims.
The Firm currently has three (3) long-term employees, including Mr. Ryan. The firm is desirous of either currently absorbing an attorney to acquire the firm’s practice or to sell its assets to the appropriate purchaser. The timeline for any acquisition and/or transfer is not specific, but is expected to occur in no less than two (2) years or more than five (5) years. We seek qualified licensed applicants.
